PMI Manitoba currently has a Board of 10 Directors. The Board is made up of 5 Officers and 5 Directors. The Officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Past-President. The 5 Director positions are responsible for a specific portfolio. The portfolios are Programs, Professional Development, Communications, Membership and Marketing.

All positions are 1 year terms and are elected annually at the chapter's Annual General Meeting except for the Vice-President who automatically becomes President. The Board meets approximately 12 times a year.
