Architect, Project Manager

Victor is an established architect and project manager with Smith Carter Architects and Engineers Incorporated. Mr. Kolynchuk is a member of the Manitoba Association of Architects, the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and is a LEED™AP and a Project Management Professional. Victor has made public presentations on project management and enjoys consulting with First Nations. Several school projects he has directed have won design awards in the province of Ontario.

A founding member of the Manitoba Chapter of PMI, Victor has volunteered with the Manitoba Association of Architects Practice Committee, the Portage Avenue Working Group representing the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ, the Downtown Winnipeg Kiwanis Foundation as president from 2002-2007and is past president of the Downtown Winnipeg Kiwanis Club. In 2005 he was awarded the Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year award.

As director of the membership committee, Mr. Kolynchuk is looking forward to membership in the Manitoba Chapter of the Manitoba Chapter of the Project Management Institute moving towards 700 members in 2010.
