PMI Manitoba currently has a Board of 10 Directors. The Board is made up of 4 Officers and 6 Directors. The Officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer. The 6 Director positions are Past President, Programs, Professional Development, Communications, Membership and Marketing.

All positions are 1 year terms (with certain positions having the option to extend for a second term) and are elected annually at the chapter's Annual General Meeting. The Vice-President automatically becomes President and subsequently Past President. The Board meets approximately 12 times a year.
